DESTINY Refund Policy

This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.

1. Subscriptions

- If you have not used the service within 7 days of payment, we refund the full amount.

- After you cancel, you are not charged from the next billing date, and you keep using the service until the end of the period you paid for.

- If you want to stop at once and get a refund, we return the unused days pro rata (days left ÷ days in that period × amount paid). Yearly plans work the same way.

- Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

2. How to ask

Use the cancel button on the service screen (Settings > Me > Cancel subscription), or write to [email protected].

Anything this policy does not cover follows the relevant laws.
